Performs a variety of moderately complex work within established procedures and standard practices. Work is under general supervision and requires extensive coordination with others. Essential Job Functions : Schools: Responsible for all student registration processes, maintaining Synergy, requesting/sending student records, register students, withdraw students, etc. Responsible for Grade Quick processes, report cards, scheduling. Responsible for Data Steward processes. Maintains cumulative and confidential records for all students. Screens visitors, telephone calls and incoming mail; personally answering inquiries which in the employee's judgment do not require the supervisor's attention. Types, assembles and disseminates reports, handbooks, correspondence, etc. Acts as an information specialist regarding a variety of matters related to operations and policies. Maintains good rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Prepares reports and furnishes information requested from within and outside the organization. Performs clerical and routine work required to ensure the efficient operation of the office. May serve as backup for Time and Attendance and Bookkeeper. Performs other duties as assigned.
