Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer a Technical Certification, and a 2-year Degree or higher.
3-5+ years working in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma, biotech, or manufacturing) with solid documentation practices or relevant experience.
Strong hands-on experience maintaining and repairing process instruments and equipment.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems, motors, and rotating equipment (pumps, fans, vacuum systems).
Understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems supporting plant operations.
Capable of handling multiple priorities with attention to detail and sound judgment.
Effective verbal/written communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
