Lead the Ask LPL Research function, overseeing team operations, advisor inquiry management, and delivery of a consistent, high-quality advisor experience that reflects LPL Research insights and recommendations
Ensure the Ask LPL Research team functions as a seamless extension of LPL's strategists and analysts, translating investment perspectives into clear, actionable guidance for advisors
Partner with the Vice President, Research Experience to execute strategic initiatives, manage priorities, and support business planning, reporting, and communications
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across workflows, including KPI development, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as a key liaison across LPL Research and other internal teams to ensure alignment and enhance the advisor experience
What are we looking for?
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in financial services, investment research, or corporate finance
Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio concepts
Experience with Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, financial modeling, pivot tables, macros) with working knowledge of PowerPoint for presenting analytical findings
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range:
$100,734.00 - $167,890.00
