As the Sales Operations Administrator , you will: Track and manage Deal Registrations (DR) to ensure compliance with vendor policies. Maintain data hygiene and track open quotes/orders through dashboards or reports. Work closely with Sales Operations Manager and Account Managers to streamline workflows. Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements for greater efficiency. Process and manage Fortinet quote requests (FTQ) in alignment with SLAs. Ensure accuracy of all data entered into NetSuite and verify quote completenes The Ideal Junior Sales Support Administator: Has excellent time management and prioritization skills. Is commercially aware, with strong attention to detail and administrative skills. Builds and maintains strong relationships both internally and externally. Has strong problem-solving skills. Is fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
