Lead and develop a team of up to 8 Talent Acquisition Coordinators, setting clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans
Drive adoption and utilization of AI-driven and technology-enabled solutions to enhance recruiting operations and scheduling efficiency
Oversee domestic, international, and executive interview coordination, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support requisition execution and candidate progression
Serve as a subject matter expert for executive hiring logistics and high-touch candidate care
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency
Manage stakeholder relationships across recruiters, hiring leaders, and administrative teams
Support recruiting events, conferences, and career fairs to strengthen the AbbVie employer brand
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy within recruiting systems
Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that advance Talent Acquisition strategy and innovation
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, or coordination of business operations
Experience leading teams, projects, or operational initiatives
Strong interest in leveraging AI, automation, and technology to drive efficiencies
Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex scheduling environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
Experience supporting executive recruiting and high-level stakeholders preferred
Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office tools
Experience with travel coordination and expense systems (e.g., Concur) preferred
