Requirements
- Bachelors Degree Nursing Required Or
- Masters Degree Nursing Preferred
- 2 Years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an acute care or hospital setting.
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois. Required And
- Certified Case Manager (CCM®) - Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) Certification in Case Management (CCM) or related field Preferred
- CPR/BLS for the healthcare provider American Heart Association (AHA)

Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: RN Care Manager Location: Arlington Heights, IL Part Time: 20 hours/week, 2X10 hour shifts Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating every third weekend and 1 winter and summer holiday coverage required
