Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
- Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
- Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
- Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
- Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
- Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree with a major or concentration in infants and toddlers, early childhood education, special education or child studies.
- 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply
