Company : Mecomb Singapore Limited Job Responsibility To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedule. To provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers. Ensuring that the system under maintenance are performing with an uptime of not less than 98%. Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/site assigned. Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery. Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services. Maintain customers install base records. Handle customers enquiry, feedback or suggestions
