Planning & Development of Collateral and Communication Campaigns for Partners, Prospective Students, BINUS Community, etc: - Develop and implement strategic International Communication campaigns. Such campaigns employ all appropriate media, including traditional printed advertising, video, e-Marketing, trade show presentations, etc. - Develop, distribute and coordinate the internal and external International Communications, to strengthen Public Relation, Branding, and positioning - Maintain agency and vendor relationships to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects BINUS University branding specifications. - Create, package and distribute high interest content on high engagement platforms of all outstanding achievements and developments of BINUS to achieve maximum awareness, reach and buzz among international and local stakeholders - Coordinate participation to special projects such as specific target market activities and programs - Coordinate International Communication activity development (e.g., resource allocation, implementation to product launch teams) - Implement and monitor a yearly International Communications program Internal Communication Coordination: - Communicate International Communication activities to the recruitment & admission service or other units, provide training when required. - Work closely with marketing managers, Corporate Communications, and Digital Media Development team to develop strategic International Communication processes that capture intended branding, positioning, and key selling messages - Coordinate International Communication policies and activities with related units to promote consistency of messages, brands, company positioning, appearance of collateral (literature, advertising, etc.) - Work closely with other departments to ensure content is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards - Ensure effective operational activities in International Communication area Event Coordination & Public Relations: - Develop and communicate international standards for collateral development, including logo use and graphic design - Coordinate the design and production of press releases, fliers and other marketing tools with Product Managers - Promote and enhance overall brand development (including media relations & advertisement). - Coordinate the production of graphic, photographic, and video design concepts that effectively deliver the BINUS University brand strategy - Arrange and oversee press conferences, media interviews, etc. relating to international communication and internationalization - Ensure and track publicity from international partnerships - Coordinate target community projects for branding Management Support Activities: - Provide Report to direct Supervisor - Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) - Perform activities related to Quality Management System - Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: - Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/ Experience: - Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or - Minimum 4 years of working experience Special Skill: - Marketing Communication If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
