Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Provide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment procedures
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health

Compensation Range: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience Work Schedule: 3 days per week with flexibility on working days and a potential to increase days.
