Requirements
- As a proven leader with a passion for advancing infrastructure, we're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Min. 15 years of experience in engineering, and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) with a proven track record in roads and highways projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
- A forward-thinking approach, with a passion for sustainable, innovative engineering solutions.
- A deep understanding of the transport sector, along with the ability to influence and shape the technical direction of projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
