This position will lead the strategy of topline revenue growth and margin expansion in LATAM.
Scaling RGM solutions across countries, executive-level communications and performance tracking
Generate actionable insights based on Sales Data, Market Trends & Shopper behaviors and provide comprehensive reports (pricing, promo, share, mix) to influence decision process.
Lead the discussion with the markets to guarantee the Strategic intent is aligned
Communication focus
This role will influence and work with OU's Category Leads, Zone Franchise VPs/Directors, Commercial HUB Leads, Bottler Leads (Commercial and Marketing mainly), International connection with other OU's (Heads and Directors), Global Commercial leaders from C&CL.
Effectively communicate and build relationships at senior organization levels; communicate long-term vision through clear & simple messages.
Proven: Strategic and Analytical skills as well as outstanding influencing skills. Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial, digital, franchise and customer management.
