International Payroll Associate

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing for Canada ( 6 0 % ) , U S ( 3 0 % ) a n d B r a z i l ( 1 0 % ) including but not limited to, new hires, transfers, pay changes, separations, garnishments, deductions, etc, accurately into payroll systems
• Ensure data integrity and integration between benefit vendor sites and HRIS + payroll system
• Work closely with managers of nonexempt employees to ensure time cards are accurate and free from error
• Perform other payroll tasks and HR projects as needed
• Who We Look For

Requirements

• 1 ~ 2 years of experiences in administrating Canada and US payroll
• Prior experiences setting up internal processes to ensure payroll and benefits are accurately delivered and compliant with state and federal regulations
• Experiences in project management to improve operational efficiency for payroll and benefits
• Meticulous attention to details a n d p ositive team player
• ADP and WorkDay experiences preferred

• The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $80,168.40 to $122,800.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may also be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
