The Bell Attendant role is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that offers invaluable exposure to Crown Melbourne's hotel operations and guest service standards. We are seeking a Full-time Overnight Bell Attendant to join our dynamic team here at Crown Promenade. As a Bell Attendant, your responsibilities include: Greet guests and visitors upon arrival and departure Deliver, collect, and store luggage efficiently and securely Explain room amenities and valet park guest vehicles Uphold Crown's Forbes 5-Star service standards through exceptional customer service and attention to detail About you Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia A current, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence (manual licence highly regarded) Previous experience in a customer service role within a premium or 5-star environment Strong communication and time management skills Commitment to working across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
