Ideally, experience in UX design and Agile development methodologies
Strong understanding of web development principles and digital technologies
Practical experience improving digital stores, online shops, or marketplace environments
In‑depth knowledge of Nintendo products, customer profiles, and industry trends
High data affinity with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights
Fluent written and spoken English skills
Excellent organizational and planning capabilities

Creating tickets while ensuring you have a solid understanding of the users' goals and the business value behind them
Creating user stories and translating them into requirements that are not limited to specific sites, technologies, or teams
Carrying out impact, scope, and technical dependency analyses for user stories, consulting IT Leads and the engineering team to identify any cross‑journey or cross‑platform dependencies (internal or external)
Collating all supporting artefacts for epics/stories, such as UX designs, prototypes, images, icons, and translations
Defining the acceptance criteria for tickets and the 'Definition of Done' that must be met by the development teams
Conducting user acceptance testing and acting as the "customer" expert to ensure new features function as intended and meet customer expectations
