Communicating floor set goals and peak season shipment forecasts to DC and store partners with focus on any risks/opportunities.
Perform seasonal analysis of size-break scales.
Store segmentation analysis - leverage size, color, regional, seasonal recapping to drive higher inventory productivity.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The candidate will be on the Western Europe Direct Allocation team. They will partner closely with buying, planning, site merchandising, DC and store operations teams to determine and execute their allocation strategies to Converse Stores and digital logistics center.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ideal candidate needs to have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Requirements from the candidate include:
4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
At least 2 years of experience in Planning, Allocation or Inventory Analyst roles.
MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
Strong retail math skills.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Windows applications, knowledge of the Just Enough allocation system and Tableau a plus.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical and leadership skills.
Strong listening, written and oral communication skills.
Positive attitude and focus on team and cross functional relationships.
