County Waste & Recycling is looking for a safety conscious Light Equipment Operator to join the team in Clifton Park, NY. Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00am to 4:00pm Pay Rate: $25.00 to 27.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience) Why Choose Us? As an equipment operator with us the minimum responsibilities are: Operating light equipment Performing routine inspection and maintenance on equipment. Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues. What we need from you: 2+ years' experience running light or heavy equipment Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance. Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures .
