Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief AI and Autonomous Systems Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This role will also provide secondary support across the immediate leadership team, including an advisor to the CEO, with lighter-touch support for the VP of CrowdStrike's Tailored Solutions team. This is a high-judgment, high-discretion role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving executive environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through to every interaction. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities while keeping executives and stakeholders aligned. The role is expected to be based on the East Coast in the United States and aligned to Eastern Time in order to support the executive cadence of the team.
