Threat Tec is seeking a highly qualified Senior Plans & Strategy Concept Lead to support the Marine Forces Special Operations Command contract at Camp Lejeune, NC. The selected candidate will provide senior-level subject matter expertise in operational planning, strategic concept development, force employment, and capability integration in support of MARSOC mission requirements. This position requires a professional with demonstrated experience supporting special operations, military planning processes, concept development, and senior-level staff coordination. The ideal candidate will be able to translate strategic guidance into executable planning products, support future operations and strategy development, and provide informed recommendations to government leadership.
