Proven ability to partner across multiple Identity, Trust, Risk, and platform product teams to drive alignment across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience guiding teams transitioning from waterfall to agile delivery models; able to introduce structure, cadence, and disciplined execution in mixed-method environments.
Technical fluency in Identity , authentication , authorization , or platform capabilities-and an understanding of how platform priorities shift across consumer and merchant ecosystems (e.g., Oslo, WinXO, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to synthesize multi-team inputs into cohesive, multi-quarter design + delivery roadmaps for large-scale platform programs.
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret and action complex data sets (e.g., RCP signals, quality metrics, operational KPIs).
Experience establishing and driving Design QA processes , ensuring coverage, tracking, and communication of design defects through to resolution.
