Bring your energy as Planned Maintenance Technician-Peru Ridge based in Reno, Nevada. You'll work as a team and independently in shops and at customer sites to service, repair, commission, and operate Aggreko products. This role will be supporting natural gas solutions at the Peru Ridge (Reno, Nevada) data center customer site. Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers' worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades. What you'll do as a Planned Maintenance Technician: Perform service, maintenance checks and cleaning of equipment, including oil & filter changes, fluid checks and top-off on power generators, diesel generators and/or compressors in the shop or at customer sites. Expect to work in the field with extensive local travel daily in your company vehicle Perform preventive and planned maintenance as directed by the supervisor on work logs, maintenance records, and repair logs following all safety guidelines. Complete necessary paperwork timely and accurately (e.g., expense reports, work logs, maintenance records, and repair logs). Such record keeping may require data entry and general use and knowledge of relevant computer systems and software. Complete customer site visit checks and maintain appropriate badging for site access. Convey confidence in customer communications. You are: Sets in Service (equipment readiness), downtime duration, speed of turnaround Skills / Tech level progression Safety, measured in First Aid, OSHA recordables, Risks reported, etc. Other measures per business Here's what you'll get: Technical aptitude Knowledge in gas and/or diesel-powered generators and air compressors preferred. Mechanically inclined: familiar with basic hand tool operation and have automotive lube and oil change experience. Ability to do both physical work as well as think through and resolve technical problems; willing to get hands dirty, sweat, and interact with internal and external customers to deliver solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. Hold a valid driver's license.
