Department Overview Network Operations Center Job Description Step into a fast-paced environment where you can actively participate in and experience how a dynamic and supportive Network Operation Center team operates. Act as the initial point of contact for technical requests, creating a positive customer experience for users from various cultural backgrounds. Passionately apply problem-solving skills to detect, triage, categorize, and swiftly recover network incidents. Learn advanced technologies and best practices behind real-time monitoring for customer telecommunication systems and apply them on the spot. Leverage AI tools to enhance processes, automate workflows, and meet operational goals. Challenge yourself to establish clear, confident communication with end customers via telephone and email across diverse cultural backgrounds. Share a fresh perspective to enhance team relationships, optimize processes, and boost overall efficiency. Basic Requirements Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/major in Information Technology, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Communication, Cybersecurity, or a related technical program. A minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above is preferred. Availability for a 5 to 6-month internship is highly preferred. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Keen to learn with a high level of curiosity, resourcefulness, and a self-starter attitude. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to ask analytical, high-quality questions.
