The Windows 10 OS Imaging Engineer is accountable for managing the Win-10 feature/version upgrade release cycle by Microsoft.
Experience in WaaS Implementation - WIN-10
Understand each feature of new WaaS and WIN-10 OS build types
Solution the upgrade/implementation of annual Win-10 OS release, driving change control, managing issues and escalation, cross team coordination and milestone management.
E3 Level OS Imaging skills
E3 Level SCCM skills
E3 PowerShell Scripting skills
E3 Level MDT skills
MDT image capture
MDT Driver Updates & MS Patch Updates
AD GPO management change and investigation
SCCM Packaging and Deployment
Maintain Windows Compliance Policies
Auto enrolment configuration of Windows 10 devices
2nd/3rd line resolution of incidents.
Raise Change Requests / Attend CAB meetings.
Provide support and assistance to the deployment specialist with Windows 10 annual updates.
Actively identify Improvement areas, new features, and work towards integrating them with Design followed by implementation
