Independently draft, review and negotiate ad sales-related agreements for LinkedIn's Marketing Solutions team. Representative agreements include advertising insertion orders, media, strategic partnership, sponsorship, and non-disclosure agreements.
Lead negotiation calls with customers.
Collaborate with LinkedIn's Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams on internal approvals and escalations to ensure sales transactions are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes.
Act as a business partner to the LinkedIn marketing sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure timely management and closure of sales opportunities.
Drive internal projects that create leverage and scalable processes to optimize contract negotiation and management services that drive business results.
Provide support to senior attorneys as needed.
Requirements
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
3+ years' experience practicing as an attorney, including 2+ years of experience in online/digital advertising transactions (Ad-Tech)
Experience with negotiating the IAB standard terms and conditions
Demonstrated ability to manage various deals and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build strong relationships with teams across various disciplines and seniority levels
A proficient understanding of global data privacy and security frameworks
Provides exceptional customer service
Exercises sound business judgment and escalates material issues to senior attorneys as needed
Sense of humor and positive "can-do" attitude.
