In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and prioritising the pipeline of digital work inbound to the Website Publishing & Content Governance Team. The Lead Web Producer is the point for all incoming digital content BAU and Project tasks via the go/online including team management.
In ensuring a 'digital first' thinking and mindset, your key responsibilities include:
Team manager of 9 web production resources looking after nab.com.au change.
Be the central point of contact for colleagues and external agencies requesting changes to NAB's websites (nab.com.au & cloud)
Support the identification, scoping, shaping and prioritization of key initiatives that will increase the proportion of customer interactions that are done via NAB digital channels.
Manage the team engagement and delivery of end-to-end squad activities.
Ability to manage, plan and co-ordinate multiple projects for delivery including maintaining and reporting on team workload.
Ability to work with multiple domains, technology partners and agencies.
Manage stakeholder communications for platform changes and content moratoriums.
Setup and maintain a feedback loop for stakeholders post-delivery to review performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
In this role you need to have loads of passion, be customer focused and have excellent influencing, team collaboration and engagement capability. Resilient and flexible you can demonstrate the following experience and knowledge:
5+ years' experience working as a web producer or equivalent.
Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business or equivalent
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in team management .
Experience in working with Agile project management methodologies.
Experience with Jira Service Desk, Jira and Rally workflows , user governance, queue prioritization and form content management
Experience in workflow pipelines, capacity planning, delivery of projects for digital.
Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results for large projects.
Problem solving for capacity changes or moratoriums.
Analytical knowledge for data-driven solutions.
Understand of Search Engine Optimization ( SEO ), Website best practice
Nice to have experience with Web Production CMS knowledge, technical knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, Accessibility, CMS or AEM.
