Manage our Home trading position through Retail Pricing levers, working closely with our Commercial (responsible for the overall P&L) and Underwriting (responsible for technical pricing) teams. Largely an individual contributor role but will have some line management (1 analyst)
Requirements
Analytically focussed - leveraging our data to find opportunities to improve trading performance and drive value.
Ability to manage price changes from initial idea through to live.
Insurance experience desirable as well as understanding of PCW market.
Articulate, a good communicator and have strong stakeholder management skills.
Technically: SQL essential, Earnix strong preference, Python nice to have.
