Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in operational performance, service delivery, technology modernization, workforce effectiveness, customer experience, and organizational efficiency. TQ 2: Demonstrated executive-level leadership in enterprise technology modernization and integration across data and analytics, enterprise applications, shared platforms, cloud technologies, and mission-critical business systems. Demonstrated experience includes overseeing major IT investments and acquisitions, managing complex contracts and vendor portfolios, establishing governance and performance strategies, and driving enterprise transformation through modernization, artificial intelligence, automation, and business process improvement. Proven ability to deliver measurable results in data-driven decision-making, interoperability, organizational agility, technology optimization, operational efficiency, and enterprise mission outcomes. EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.
