Report potential problems to senior management.Review and control cost, including the coordination and certification of Estimate at Complete (EAC) and hold Program Management Reviews (PMRs) internallyMaintain effective customer communications, ensuring that all customer requirements and expectations are addressed effectivelyEnsure pertinent Meeting Minutes are maintained that document all agreements / commitments related to the project.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred (or equivalent).7-10 years' experience of direct Aerospace and Defense program management.Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and manage detailed program budgets and schedulesExperience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts and Indefinite Demand, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contractsExperience utilizing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and executing against Statement of Work (SOW)Experience managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and holding Page & Line ReviewsFamiliarity with Cost Account Management (CAM)Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Risk and Opportunity ManagementKnowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures for a high complexity product linePrior engineering/operations experience with current experience in program managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsStrong customer relationship experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse internal and external audiencesProject Management Professional Certification is an assetUS citizen and able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearanceHealth insurance401(k)Equity / stock optionsPerformance bonus
