Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor and execution partner to leaders within the McKesson's Medical-Surgical Commercial organization (inclusive of sales, marketing, and sales operations). This role supports defined segments within the Commercial organization and plays a critical role in translating enterprise HR strategy into practical, scalable HR solutions that enable business performance. The HRBP reports to the Lead Commercial HRBP and partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Shared Services to deliver consistent, data-driven people outcomes across a large, complex, and matrixed organization. The role balances day-to-day execution ownership with segment-level advisory, while ensuring alignment to Commercial-wide priorities, governance, and standards.
