Propel workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management. Provide consistent, equitable feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary. Direct the operational activities within warehouse settings. This includes conducting operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations. Oversee the accurate implementation of work schedules and ensure the quality completion of tasks. Administer the scheduling of employee time-offs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Generate and distribute various reports essential for daily operations. Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Maintain the security of the facility and uphold the integrity of the inventory. 【 Qualifications 】 Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, E-Commerce Management, or related field is preferred. Professional Experience : At least 1 year of experience in small parcel/e-commerce outbound operations (high SKU count, multi-client environment). Industry Expertise : Familiar with WMS wave management, carrier integration, and small parcel packaging standards. Leadership Skills: Fast decision-making under cut-off pressure; ability to re-allocate pickers to urgent waves in real time. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin. 【Position Information】 Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Work Location: Port Reading, NJ 07064 Schedule : Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM ~ 05:00 PM (Overtime may occur based on work needs) Salary Range : $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (can be higher for good candidate)
