THIS ROLE As a leadership role within Asset Owner Solutions, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-20 fund accounting professionals while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and service delivery. You will provide technical and operational leadership, oversee team performance, and ensure high-quality outputs aligned with client and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will manage stakeholder relationships, optimize resource allocation, and execute strategic initiatives, while guiding your team through performance management, process improvements, and adherence to policies and business plans under the direction of senior leadership.
