Chief Analyst

About the role

Responsible for the performance and organization of the shift. May accept laboratory analysis and related assignments - when required - and ensures timely delivery of laboratory reports by coordinating and managing the complete workflow. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Chief analyst shall assist Laboratory Manager and/or Branch Manager in responsibility duties of the location. Chief analyst is responsible for the efficient organization of all department processes and personnel within the location, during the shift and when necessary, so that he can meet client needs accurately and in time. Is responsible for and takes care of running the operation at the lowest possible costs, while meeting the requirements for safety, quality of service, employee satisfaction and maintenance of assets. Chief analyst, must ensure full cooperation with Laboratory Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager and all other managers on all assignments. Must follow all company procedures as established by Saybolt and Core Laboratories, including but not limited to HSE Manual, Accounting Policies & Procedures, Saybolt Administration Instruction Letter, IT procedures, Ethics Policy, Saybolt Compliance Code, etc. Must keep updated and aware of all updates and act accordingly. Chief analyst reports directly to Laboratory Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and/or Branch Manager.
