We are a small team that prides ourselves in excellent patient care and client communication. Skills Required The person joining our team will be an integral part of the daily workflow and morale of the clinic. Our perfect candidate is well organized and loves what they do. Important Job Tasks - Answering and monitoring multiple phone lines. - Thorough, accurate, and compassionate communication with clients, other clinics, and our internal team regarding medical questions and concerns. Thorough medical documentation. - Customer service and support for clients in clinic, by email, chat, and phone. - Managing client scheduling using Cornerstone. - Ability to work well in a team setting. - Ability to remain organized and multitask while helping multiple clients.
