About the role
As a Recruiter, you'll play an important role supporting our operations, based out of our corporate office in Oak Brook, IL. You will support full-cycle hiring for our Supply Chain organization, with a focus on quality, EHS, and R&D roles. You'll add value to this role by: Lead full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain roles, including quality, EHS, and R&D Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans Build and maintain proactive pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill skillsets Deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience as a brand ambassador Track and communicate recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress Using data and market trends to support hiring decisions and improve outcomes Ensuring compliance with all recruiting policies, processes, and regulatory requirements Contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and talent strategies Important Details : This is a full-time, first-shift hybrid role based in our Oak Brook, IL office. The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $64,000 to $96,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay. You'll fit right in if you have: High School diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting for manufacturing, supply chain, or technical roles (Quality, EHS, R&D preferred) Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office tools Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and recruiting compliance practices Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environmen
