Perform label processing activities (creation of custom labels, sorting, etc.) on a daily/nightly basis
Assist with system upgrades (e.g. hardware, software), and related duties, including providing support for the Warehouse Management system and Vendor Management systems within the logistics environment
Assist with/conduct testing/implementation of new systems and services as required and provide feedback during the evaluation and/review of new features, services, software and hardware as required.
When necessary, provide L1, L2 support to Technology support team members, engaging application technical support and escalation as appropriate
Prepare site/ support documentation and reports for use by others
Assist when NCR technicians are on site to familiarize w location of spare equipment and areas of distribution center
Assist with RMA process for site-specific equipment.
Travel between local DCs to complete activities required to provide support to each site.
Requirements
Post-secondary education, College diploma or certificate - 2+ years' experience in technical workstation/laptop support experience

Distribution Centre Technical Specialist:
The purpose of this role is to provide 24/7/365 operations support for the Warehouse Management system, as well as devices used within the distribution centre. The Print Administration Associate I role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of network equipment, workstations, laptops, and software. This role also performs clerical logistic duties as required. Shift work or unusual hours may be required to accommodate the needs of the business.
