Responsibilities

You will:

We're looking for someone who is:

? Skilled in building trust and positive relationships with students and families
? Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
? A strong team player who works well within multidisciplinary environments
Essential experience includes:
Supporting pupils with complex needs in a specialist or SEND setting
Delivering differentiated learning tailored to individual needs
Managing safeguarding concerns appropriately
Desirable:
Experience as a TA/HLTA in SEMH settings
Knowledge of delivering curriculum across a wide range of

Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel and work in community-based settings
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Confidence working independently, including lone working situations
