Associate Nurse Unit Manager- Specialist Clinics

About the role

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager, in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager, will administer and manage the professional and operational resources of the clinic. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager, under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, will be responsible for providing mentoring and leadership to the Nursing Team. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager will also be responsible for his/her own professional development, for supporting and assisting his/her colleagues and facilitating achievement of specific KPI's as developed by the Specialist Clinics Management Team. Classifications for this position will range between YW11 - YW12 ($ 106,834.00 - $110,432.10 per annum pro rata).
