Responsibilities
- Own mechanical system and subsystem development across the full product lifecycle.
- Design durable mechanical solutions for fixed, portable, and mobile cUAS systems .

- Participate in design reviews , contribute to engineering guidelines, and continuously improve mechanical design standards.
- Act as a technical mentor , sharing knowledge and experience within the engineering team.
- What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience in mechanical design and system integration for complex hardware products.
- Strong background in mechanical design for harsh or regulated environments .
- Experience with structural and thermal simulation tools (e.g. SolidWorks Simulation, Ansys, or comparable).
- Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks or equivalent) and production-ready technical drawings.
- Strong hands-on skills and confidence working with workshop tools and prototypes.
- Practical understanding of manufacturing processes and design for production.
- Proven problem-solving mindset , comfortable debugging real hardware issues.
- Experience supporting knowledge sharing, reviews, or mentoring within an engineering team.
- Clear communicator who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and technical depth.
