The Manager, Threat Protection Services leads a team of Threat Strategy Managers ( TSMs) across different regions who ensure customers maximize the value of their investment through proactive engagement that advances their email security programs. This leader will work closely with PCMS leadership to evaluate ways to improve customer satisfaction, ensure retention, and defend the Managed Threat Program. The Manager will develop team goals that align with corporate objectives while providing mentoring, coaching, and tactical/strategic guidance to the Threat Strategy team daily. Continuous improvement is central to this position. A working knowledge of current threat actors, information security threats, and risks to our clients - including the ability to provide guidance on discovered threats - is essential.
