Employment Compliance Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Compliance Lead to lead the design and delivery of proactive employment compliance frameworks across the Group. Reporting to the Group IR & Compliance Manager , this role owns key compliance and governance projects that mitigate employment and industrial risk and strengthen consistency across policies, systems, and practices. You will lead employment compliance initiatives, translate legislative and award requirements into practical solutions, and drive uplift through scalable frameworks, tools, and guidance. Working closely with business leaders, HR teams, and ER specialists, you will identify compliance gaps, monitor regulatory change, analyse risk and case data, and deliver targeted solutions that support a future-focused ER operating model. This role is ideal for a hands-on compliance professional with strong project delivery capability who enjoys building structure, driving accountability, and operating autonomously in a complex environment. This is a permanent, full-time role and can be based in our Alexandria NSW or Brisbane office.
