Requirements
- Degree in Materials, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Failure Analysis or Reliability
- Good analytical skills in reliability and failure analysis
- Knowledge of semiconductor failure modes, final testing processes, and manufacturing concepts
- Skilled in FMEA, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and WSH practices
