Job Summary:
The Digital Inventory Lead oversees digital inventory operations, administrative support, and essential parts distribution nationwide, partnering with Operations, Structure & Design, and Corporate Operations to ensure timely inventory availability for a growing digital board network.
This role requires a self-motivated, dependable leader who can manage priorities independently in a warehouse setting, adapt to changing demands, and maintain strong communication, accountability, and operational excellence across remote and cross-functional teams.
Oversee daily operations of the Digital Parts Warehouse, including inventory management, shipment processing, and departmental administrative functions.
Ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of digital parts orders and shipments.
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment by monitoring layout, storage capacity, inventory flow, and materials handling processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational efficiencies to improve workflow and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams including Structure & Design, Corporate Operations, and Market Operations.
Operate independently while maintaining consistent communication and status updates with remote leadership.
Maintain a safe workplace environment by ensuring all company safety policies and procedures are followed.
Prepare and provide regular inventory, operational, and status reports to management and market operations teams.
