This is a key role supporting project delivery and client service excellence, addressing a critical need for skilled design capability within our Maritime team. Mōu ake | About you You are a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Designer who enjoys bringing engineering concepts to life through high-quality design. You thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in producing accurate , practical and constructible solutions. We're looking for someone with: Proven experience as a Civil Designer with experience or an interest in port and coastal work Around 4 + years' experience or demonstrated capability aligned to mid-career level Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D , Revit exposure advantageous Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, supporting engineers and coordinating drawings/ models across disciplines Ex perience working in Comm on Dat a Env ironm ents (CD E s ) , setting up and coordinating multidisciplinary drawing set s that produce high quality engineering drawings that meet company and industry standards Confidence to prioritise work and support or guide junior designers/drafters where required A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn, grow and contribute to team success The successful candidate will hold relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering / Design .
