About the role

Responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to assigned customer accounts, geographic territories, and assigned sales personnel. Daily communication with customers and associated sales personnel on order management topics. Management of customer orders from receipt of customer order to receipt of product at the customer Activities include contract review, order entry, order edit, order maintenance, order status communication, order expedite requests, and complaint processing. Provides direct line and ACD line support for all incoming service-related phone calls. Demonstrates understanding of ORBIS products and product application. Supports the execution and continuous improvement of the quality policy and procedures as defined and directed by their supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Two companies, one vision.
