As an IT Legal Counsel, reporting to the Head of Corporate at Murex, you will provide day‑to‑day legal support to internal stakeholders, in particular the IT Product Sourcing team based in Paris, on technology‑related contracting matters.
Profile :
Law degree from a reputable law school and qualification as a lawyer (or in the process of qualification) in France or in a common law jurisdiction.
Minimum 3 years' of relevant experience in IT and/or IP law, with strong exposure to drafting and negotiating technology and commercial contracts (software licensing, cloud/IT services a plus).
Excellent legal English (written and spoken) required; French is a plus.
Solid knowledge of contract and commercial law ; familiarity with GDPR and corporate matters is an advantage.
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly advise non‑legal and senior stakeholders.
Ability to manage priorities and deadlin es in a fast‑paced, international environment, and to collaborate effectively across teams.

Comfortable contributing to contract negotiations and handling matters with autonomy under supervision.
