Responsibilities
- Employment & legal: End-to-end management of employment contracts, work permits, and visa processes in Germany and internationally, including EOR arrangements

Requirements
- 2-4 years in People Ops, HR, or a closely related role, ideally in a fast-growing startup
- Solid understanding of German employment law; experience with international hiring or EORs is a plus
- Structured, hands-on, and comfortable operating with limited oversight
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus

Deltia is growing fast, and we need someone to own the operational backbone that makes that possible. As our People Operations Manager, you'll work directly with the founders and our Talent & People Manager to scale our team from ~30 to 100+ people over the next two years. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of compliance, process design, and employee experience.
