Mechanical Engineer

About the role

- Responsible for ensuring that assigned projects meet customer's specs, strictly follow procedures and schedules - Communicate and coordinate effectively with all relevant internal & external team members including contractors to ensure efficient completion of projects - Review work procedures and highlight activities which may cause interruptions on the projects - Closely supervise all contractors to execute tools services hook-up activities, ensure safety regulations practiced and monitor work quality performance - Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient - Liaise with clients on services requirement, schedule, reports and progress claims - All other ad-hoc assignments assigned by Project Manager Qualification - Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - At least 1 year of working experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft office and AutoCAD - Highly analytical, meticulous, proactive and self-driven - Strong team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment - Able to work collaboratively with others - Able to start immediately - Able to read and interpret P&ID.
