Candidates should be familiar with the requirements of highly selective, data intensive, quantitative research-driven organizations, and possess an established recruiting network. Primary Responsibilities: Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, social media, networking, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates. Maintain weekly sourcing activity reports.
