SHIFT SNA - Shift 2 (10%) (United States of America - California) PAY RATE: $16.88 - $20.00 per hour depending on previous experience + 10% premium added to base hourly rate for all hours worked on 2nd shift. As a Deburr Tech at Orchid, you'll work with your hands and microscopes to perfect orthopedic parts used in life-changing medical devices.
Responsibilities
- Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs (rough edges, curls, or ridges caused by machining) from small parts like screws.
- Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, comparators) to check for dimensional accuracy.
- Follow all safety and work procedures carefully.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Report equipment or material issues to your supervisor or lead.
