KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Leadership & Strategic Guidance Serve as the primary consultant for multiple clients, providing expert‑level guidance on EHR data structures, reporting capabilities, and best practices. Lead requirements‑gathering sessions and translate complex clinical and departmental workflows into actionable technical specifications. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, transparency, and long‑term partnership. Advanced Data Extraction & Technical Development Design, build, and optimize sophisticated EHR data extracts, with emphasis on Epic Clarity/Caboodle or Cerner CCL/HealtheIntent. Develop and refine SQL queries, data models, and extract logic to support analytics, reporting, and operational use cases. Troubleshoot complex data issues and collaborate with internal engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and performance. Data Validation & Quality Assurance Lead validation efforts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of extracted EHR data. Conduct advanced root‑cause analysis on data discrepancies and guide clients through remediation strategies. Establish and maintain validation frameworks, documentation, and repeatable processes for long‑term data quality. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Mentorship Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across client organizations.
